Autumn Adventure
Game made by Baxter Deni using pre-made assets from Michigan State University.
My modifications are below. My overall intent with the project was to change up the aesthetic to make everything autumn-themed.
- Added a feature to the Wolverine battle where when the player attacks the Wolverine, they throw a coffee cup that I modeled at them, resulting in some coffee being splashed on the Wolverine using a particle effect.
- Modeled new trees to replace the original 3D trees to fit with the theme.
- Drew new 2D trees in Photoshop to replace the original 2D trees to fit with the theme.
- Added leaves that blow around the level, using Photoshop to draw the leaves and a particle system to blow them around.
- Spruced up the environment by adding pumpkins that I modeled and changing the color of the ground.
